Born in 1970 in Saint-Cloud (France), Chloé Poizat lives in Paris and works in Le Pré Saint-Gervais. After completing her studies at the Beaux-Arts d’Orléans, she attended Françoise Héritier’s course at the Collège de France for a year. From 1995 onwards, she collaborated with the press and publishing houses (Libération, Le Monde, The New-York Times, The New-Yorker…), while continuing to work more or less underground as a visual artist. For the past ten years, she has devoted herself almost exclusively to her artistic practice, and since 2019 she has been represented by galerie 22,48 m 2 in Paris.
His works can be found in numerous private collections, as well as in the collections of the artothèque Les arts au mur (Pessac) and the MASC, musée de l’Abbaye de Sainte-Croix (Les Sables d’Olonne).
