WENN DIE SIRENEN HEULEN (SYMPTOM)

With the exhibition WENN DIE SIRENEN HEULEN (SYMPTOME) [When sirens wail], we complete a series of exhibitions from 2023/24 and look more closely at the ambivalences of human interaction. Ideology, ethics, integrity, power structures and the transformation and development of humanity are examined here. The artists explore and expand this conceptual field.

Join us on 27/09/24 for Stella Geppert’s performance NoTTB-c Notations of Touch Through Breathing (collective), from 7pm.

As part of his performance, friends and strangers are touched by the artist’s breathing as they stand behind a screen in the Schau Fenster. Outdoors, these encounters materialize in the form of visible gestures and charcoal traces. The curtain, meanwhile, becomes the receptacle for the resonance of touching movements;
