Lives and works in Paris
Currently a student at the Beaux-arts de Paris with a DNAP diploma, Léonie Porcher has been working in the studios of Nathalie Talec, Emmanuelle Huynh and Frédérique Loutz. She has discovered a wide range of practices, including drawing, performance art and printmaking.
Drawing plays an important role in her work. It’s a weekly practice that allows her to escape, to transcribe emotions, dreams and questions.
It’s also a way of linking reality and dreams.
Through this practice, Léonie Porcher enters a world that she conceives, through different techniques, her “dream” world. She is also interested in the body in movement and what it generates in a plant space, or with natural materials. She needs to belong to the world of the tree to better understand existence.
