Pot à Peau, a brief history of our sculptural practice

“par procuration” – Renaud Auguste-Dormeuil presents Carte Blanche at Espace de l’Art Concret

The “by proxy” project was conceived and initiated by artist Renaud Auguste-Dormeuil, as part of the Musée des Moulages de l’Hôpital Saint-Louis, a facility of the Assistance Publique des Hôpitaux de Paris, located in the 10th arrondissement. Each year, this exhibition format invites a museum institution to designate a living artist to occupy the galleries of this atypical museum for a month.

For this new edition, the Espace de l’Art Concret (EAC), a contemporary art center of national interest, and its director Fabienne Grasser-Fulchéri, have been invited to take part. As a prelude to the exhibition dedicated to the artist duo Lamarche & Ovize, scheduled to run from January 25 to May 18 2025 at the EAC, Fabienne Grasser-Fulchéri has invited them to take over the Musée des Moulages.

This project allows the duo to present part of their sculptural practice, adding a new dimension to their collaboration in a unique setting.
