For me, the pencil is a regressive medium. It’s not intimidating, it invites experimentation and lets you develop your ideas with lightness and spontaneity. It’s a tool I enjoyed using for twenty-five years before turning to painting, but it’s still the faithful companion of my earliest sketches.
At the age of 25, Tiffany Bouelle, a passionate painter and performance artist committed to defending women’s voices, attracted the attention of LVMH for an artistic collaboration while publicly presenting her personal drawings for the first time. Her work has since been represented in prestigious French institutions such as the Monnaie de Paris, JAD and the Musée des Arts et Métiers, as well as at the Asia Now contemporary art fair in 2019-2020 and at BAD Bordeaux in 2023.
