Thomas Broomé studied at Konstfack, the University of Arts, Crafts and Design, in Stockholm, Sweden (1997-1999) and at the Valand Academy in Gothenburg, Sweden (1993-1997).
Broomé has carried out several public commissions, for example for Hermès in Shanghai and the Drawing Hotel in Paris. His work is represented in collections such as the Moderna Museet, Stockholm, the Gothenburg Art Museum, Sweden, the Museum of Modern Art, Borås, Sweden, the Public Art Agency of Sweden, as well as numerous county and regional councils.
