Sylvain Le Corre , born in1988, lives andworks between Lorient and Paris. A 2014 graduate of the École Européenne Supérieure d’Art de Bretagne, Sylvain Le Corre uses drawing and installation to explore natural and cultural ecosystems in their transitions and movements. His participation in the Mulhouse Biennial in 2015 marked the start of numerous solo and group exhibitions in France, Brittany, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, the Paris region and the Grand Est. Several long-term residencies mark his career: Domaine de Kerguéhennec, Galerie du Dourven and, in 2023, the Abbaye Royale de Fontevraud. In 2024 and 2025, he was featured at the Drawing Now Art Fair, and was a finalist for the Pierre David Weill 2025 drawing prize. He is included in several private and public collections, including those of the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Vannes.
