Louise Dumas, born in 1983, lives and works near Paris. After a degree in modern literature, she devoted herself to drawing, studying at the Beaux-Arts de Nantes and the IUAV University in Venice. She works on graphic creations for the stage, and develops a practice of large-format drawings in pastel, depicting our contemporary urban landscape through plays of transparency. Her work has been shown in various exhibition venues in Paris, Nantes, Orléans, Montreuil and Soissons.
