A graduate of the École nationale supérieure d’art de Bourges, David Supper Magnou links art, life and transmission through drawing, sculpture and installation. A former teacher at the municipal art school in Amilly, attached to the contemporary art center Les Tanneries, and an arborist-climber, he sees these experiences as natural extensions of his practice, spaces for sharing and observing living things. Through a sensitive approach to living things, he questions the tensions between nature and culture, fragility and resistance, intimate space and public space, to enrich his plastic territories between nature, urbanity and the memory of the living.
