New Acquisitions

Over the past three years, the Artothèque d’Angers has pursued its mission to enrich and disseminate contemporary art, adding 46 new works by 33 artists to its collection. This exhibition presents a selection of these works, representative of the diversity of the major trends in contemporary art. The collection is firmly anchored in printmaking, photography and contemporary drawing, while continuing to develop its video and artist’s book collections. The newly acquired works reflect this strong desire to support both emerging and renowned artists.
